Q: Why should we hire you?
A: We are a woman owned small business who prioritizes not just our clients, but our staff through a positive work atmosphere, and our environment by using resource conscious practices and hosting litter clean ups. Q: What areas of my business are you equipped to clean?
A: We are equipped to provide general cleaning services in lobby, entry and reception areas, office and workstations, conference rooms, break rooms, kitchens, restrooms, hallways, common areas, stairwells, elevators, storage and supply rooms, and flooring in manufacturing areas.
Q: Do you provide other cleaning services aside from general cleaning?
A: We offer limited window, carpet, and upholstery cleaning, and we have great references to those specialty cleaning companies if you are in need of that service beyond what we can provide.
Q: Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A: For businesses, it’s difficult to accurately asses services over the phone so we offer free, in-person consultations. You can request one by calling us at (313)-364-9007 or filling out our commercial request a quote form here.
Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
A: No, but we offer a 5% discount for clients who opt to sign a 12 month contract with us, or 2% discount for 6 month contracts. Otherwise our commercial service agreements are written as cancellation for convenience with 30 days notice.
Q: Is Dee’s Green Cleaning properly insured?
A: Yes, we carry all necessary policies to make sure your business is covered in the event of damages or theft.
Q: Does someone need to be on the premises while services are performed?
A: No, they don’t. Just let us know your locking procedures, and we will make sure your space is cleaned and secured. In the instance someone needs to be on the premises during service, that is absolutely okay too. We work with that scenario often and take precautions to reduce the risk of slip and fall hazards.

Q: What items are you not able to clean?
A: Our team is not permitted to clean any hazardous materials, infestations, or areas in need of restoration services. We require our customers to notify us of any excess body fluid, hazardous material, or infestations on premises prior to the cleaning. For their protection, our staff is required to stay clear of the affected area of your business.
We are also not able to clean anything that can’t be reached with a stepladder, or move items larger than 35 pounds.
