Working With Us:
Compensation: Earn $15 per hour during your training week, then earn $450-$750 paid weekly after your first 30 days, with the potential to earn $800 or more after 6 months.
Supplemental Pay: Earn Bonuses for Excellence, Reviews and Referrals! Plus earn work mileage reimbursement.
Weekly payouts - Payouts processed weekly and direct deposited.

No experience required! - If you have integrity and a great work ethic, we would love to train you!
Flexible schedule - While we are hiring for full time, we offer unlimited time off with proper notice, in other words, take the vacation!
Typical hours of service - Weekdays 9a-5:30p with opportunities to work evenings or weekends.

We’re Looking For Cleaners With:
A great attitude and willingness to learn
A desire to be of service towards others
Attention to detail and a liking of cleaning
The ability to work on your feet all day and lift up to 35 pounds - cleaning is physically demanding!
Access to and ability to use a smart phone and email (Internet connection at all times)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
21+ with reliable transportation
Lives within 20 minutes of Mount Clemens
Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance

3 Months: Full schedule, maintaining quality, and earning positive online reviews.
6 Months: Eligibility for promotion to team lead.
9 Months: Eligibility for promotion to trainer role.
